If LENS PALACE is not satisfied with a customer's health condition of any kind, or
considers that the replacement contact lenses requested are not clinically suitable
according to customer's specification, the company reserves the right not to supply.
Any questions will be responded within 4 business days.
Customers under legal age must have parental permission before sending any personal
information over the Internet, such as: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, or
credit card information to us or to anyone else. Never buy anything through the Internet
without permission from parents.
RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
If you need to return an item to LENS PALACE.COM due to damage, dissatisfaction or an error on our part, you may do so
at any time up to a period of 30 days. Call us at 1-718-621-5496 within 30 days to obtain a return
authorization number and tell us about your situation. Let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund (minus the
shipping charge). We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. The customer service agent you
speak with will help determine the fastest way to process your return. It is important to notify us of problems as soon as
possible. All merchandise returned after the 30 day guarantee is subject to a 20% restocking & administrative fee.
For your protection, items must be returned via UPS Express. Please include a copy of your invoice with your shipment and
highlight the items you are returning. When we receive your return, we will process the credit or exchange.
CONTACT LENSES
Unopened boxes or vials can be returned within 30 days, unless indicated by manufacturer policy as non-returnable. After
30 days, unopened disposable boxes may be exchanged if new prescription is required. Defective, opened vial products must
be returned within seven days for exchange. Non-defective boxes or vial products which have been opened are not returnable. These policies have been created for your safety, security, lens comfort, and eye health. All Eyes International products you receive are sterile, sealed, inspected, factory-fresh and ready to wear.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have placed an order with LENS PALACE.com and, for any reason, decide to cancel your order, you may do so
without penalty provided your order has not been shipped already. If your order has been shipped, you will be subject to
a 20% restocking charge and will be credited when the return shipment is received by us.

The customer's contact lens prescription must have been issued within the 12 months prior to placing an order with
LENS PALACE agrees to supply you with contact lenses only in accordance with the details contained in the Order
Form and your latest contact lens specification supplied by you to LENS PALACE in pursuant to this agreement.
No responsibility can be accepted by LENS PALACE should a customer not informing LENS PALACE that the customer has
been advised to stop wearing contact lenses by an eye care or medical practitioner and has, within the last 12 months,
suffered from any eye related condition requiring treatment.
No responsibility can be accepted by LENS PALACE for a customer's lack of suitability to wear contact lenses as detailed
in the specification provided by the customer, or for the customer overall suitability to wear contact lenses.
